Recovering From Eye Surgery

 

 

It's been a summer.

I'm not going to detail all the drama from my life in 2020 because it's been a heck of a year for pretty much everyone.

But one particularly nasty highlight was a detached retina.

Which I had surgically repaired 11 days ago.

Not to get too deep into it but one part of recovery from this surgery is sleeping on your stomach and keeping your head looking straight down at the floor for at least 7 days.

I couldn't do much.

So there were no posts over on Anne & God.

But now I can lift my head again so I'm going to attempt to get back on track.

I can only see out of one eye for now so my drawings may be a little wonky :-)

One thing I WAS able to do while staring at the floor was to doodle on my husband's ipad pro. The video above is one in a series.
