I've always known that eggs come in different sizes and that, when baking, the amount of egg you use matters quite a bit if you want consistent results.
But I never really noticed this great little chart in the Betty Crocker Picture Cookbook - I think it's especially helpful now that we have so many different eggs out there on the market and who knows if the sizes we see on the package still conform to the sizes of eggs mentioned in older recipes.
If you want to be completely sure you are using the correct amount of egg in your recipe you will want to save this tip !
