    Find a copy of the Vegetarian Epicure Vol 1 for the best pasta bake recipe ever. Basically a bechamel sauce, mixed cheese layered with rigatoni. It's not hard and it's fabulous.

    I am officially hungry after seeing this post! I hate it when restaurants serve a white based sauce instead of the simple ingredients that should be the sauce for fettuccine alfredo. Like this one. Simple and delicious.

    I was raised with a Scots/German dedication to setting goals. I imagine this was to teach me discipline and help me maintain a forward momentum. I'm sure it was not to create a constant sense of inadequacy. That was just a bonus.
